Outline | Torrential rains caused by effects of large typhoon and stationary front pounded the Tokai region. The bank of Shinkawa river was breached, which caused some residents to be buried alive. Officials ordered the evacuation counsel for disaster to more than 180,000 families in the Tokai districts. Various transportations had been mired. The number of dead is 8, misssing is 2. |
