After heavy rainfalls due to its passage east of the Philippines, the National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council (NDRRMC) reports, as of 30 May, 3,864 evacuated people (of which 3,483 in 21 evacuation centres) across northern Visayas and Luzon.
