As of 4 August, the IFRC reported four fatalities, seven people missing, thousands displaced, and at least 58,345 affected across nine provinces, Vientiane Province, Bolikhamxay, Luang Prabang, Xayaboury, Xieng Khouang, Huaphan, Xaysomboun, Khammouane, and Bokeo, with Khammouane province in central Laos as the most affected.
