*Earthquake happened in this disaster area and environs on this February too, so we can call the area where earthquake often happens. *Damaged houses are made of mud, so they are very weak at Earthquake. But restoration houses also are made of one. *The victims call for a suitable shelter because of getting over the intense winter.So the related organs are investigating the plan of re-settling down.
